- Pick. Browse a page of this site or one of our albums and take a screenshot — it tells us the exact model and colourway, even when the caption is in Chinese.
- Send. Tap a WhatsApp button; the chat opens with a message already written. Add the screenshot, your size (foot length in cm for shoes, chest and length for clothes, waist for belts and jeans) and your country.
- Agree the price. We reply with one closed total: the item, delivery and the import charges your country applies. Three items ship free; bigger lists get wholesale prices.
- Pay and approve. Pay with one of the methods below; before shipping we photograph the exact item you will receive. If something isn't right, we swap it.
- Track. You get the tracking number the day it ships; delivery takes 6–12 days.

Shipping and import charges
We send parcels across Europe, to the United States and Canada, to every country in Latin America and to other developed markets such as Australia and Israel. Every parcel carries a tracking number and arrives 6–12 days after you confirm. Import charges follow the rules of your own country: from 1 July 2026 the EU levies a flat €3 per tariff category on parcels worth up to €150, on top of VAT; the UK collects VAT at sale on parcels up to £135; and the United States ended its duty-free allowance for small parcels. That is why the price we quote is one closed figure, settled before you pay.

Getting the size right first time
Sizes cause most problems in this trade, so we work from measurements instead of labels. For sneakers, put your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark your longest toe and measure in centimetres; the size chart shows how we convert it. For hoodies and jackets, lay a garment you like flat and measure armpit to armpit and collar to hem. For jeans, waist and inside leg. For rings, the inner diameter in millimetres. Designer trainers often run big and some Nike models small — we tell you before you pay.
When something goes wrong
If the size is wrong, the parcel is damaged or it gets lost, we ship again. Keep the item and packaging and send photos in the same chat.
Ordering for a shop
Send models, sizes and quantities; wholesale orders get factory pricing, and mixed lists are welcome. Good starting points are the sneaker aisle, tracksuits and hoodies.
Why there is no checkout button
Every order is confirmed by people, not a cart: we check that your size exists for that exact pair, photograph it and quote the delivered price for your address. It takes a few messages and avoids the wrong-size returns that online checkouts produce. Most customers have their quote within minutes of sending the screenshot during Chinese daytime hours.

Each item is priced under 100 USD or 100 €, and an order of three ships free. Shops, resellers and group orders are welcome — quantities move to our wholesale price, which we send straight to your WhatsApp. Send your choice and we come back quickly with the closed price for your country. Once you confirm, delivery takes 6–12 days, tracked. If the size is wrong, the box arrives damaged or a parcel goes missing, we ship again. You can pay by Western Union, bank wire, USDT or PayPal Friends & Family.
